In today's world academics are really very important if one one need to stand in this competitive world.the standard of education is rising day by day and because of this there is huge burden on the student's shoulders.they burn day and night oil to get fruitful results.

no doubt studies are very important and one need to put a lot of effort but physical exercise plays an important role in ones life."health is wealth" is a very famous saying which emphasizes on the fact that if one is in good health only then one can put efforts in other activities.even new researches has shown that students who do regular physical exercise can concentrate more on studies and thus show better results.

because of lack of exercises the cases of obesity has also increased in students and because of this many students at such a tender age are suffering from various heart ailments.

i feel that there should be a games period in every school so that students can relax during that time and can feel free from the burden.This would further enhance there growth in academics as well as extra curricular.
