The topic under discussion is about skill a person should possess in order to be successful in today's world.In my opinion communication is by far the most important skill a person should posess for sucess.In the following paragrahs the need for communication will be highlighted.

First reason i believe that communication is important is that in day to day life we need to communicate to do things.If communication is crystal clear then we get the results as expected.For example in a company if boss explains the needs,skills, kind of work, policies well to all employees then productivity of the workers increases there by company also prospers.At times companies have to make deal with clients from other countries.If company policies, capabilities are well explained then client can get overall picture and deal may be successful.Use of communication is not limited to work, it is used in every walk of life.

Second reason I think communication is indelible for sucess is that almost 50% of life we spend in communicating with others.So obviously if we cannot communicate clearly then we are at gun point.For example if a person goes to another country for business purpose and need to attend important meeting at time.If person cannot communicate exact location to driver he will miss the deal.Other reason I think communication is important for sucess is the standing examples we have in history.Most of leaders are good communicators.They have become leaders by communicating their ideas,beiliefs so that people can trust and follow them.

Finally I think communication is a catalyst to attain success. Every one should endeavour to find weak points in their communication and overcome them.Only then one can succeed in life.Because of the above reasons I think in today's ever changing world,communications is atmost need for sucess.

The topic under discussion is about (the skills) a person should possess in order to be successful in today's world. In my opinion communication is by far the most important skill a person should possess for success. In the following paragraphs the need for communication will be highlighted.

Firstly, I believe that communication is important (in) that in day to day life we need to communicate to do things.
If communication is crystal clear then we get the results we expect.

For example, in a company, if (the) boss explains the needs,skills, kind of work (and) policies well to all employees, then (the) productivity of the workers increases, (therefore the) company also prospers
At times companies have to make deal(s) with clients from other countries.
If (the) company's policies (and) capabilities are well explained (to him) then client can get (an) overall picture and (the) deal may (well) be successful.
(The) use of communication is not limited to (only) work.
(It) is used in every walk of life.

Secondly, I think communication is indelible for success( in) that almost 50% of (our) life (is spent) in communicating with others,so obviously if we cannot communicate clearly, then we are at gun-point.

For example if a person goes to another country for (a) business purpose and need(s) to attend (an) important meeting (somewhere), if (that) person cannot communicate (his) exact (destination) to (the) driver, he (may well) miss the deal.

(Another) reason (why) I think communication is important for success is the standing examples we have in history.
Most of (our) leaders are good communicators.They have become leaders by communicating their ideas,beliefs so that people can trust and follow them.

Finally, I think communication is (the) catalyst to attain success. (Everyone) should endeavour to find (the) weak points in their (own manner of) communicati(ng) and (attempt to) overcome them.

Only then (can one) succeed in life.

Because of the above reasons I think in today's ever-changing world, communicating well will pave our path to success.
