Preparation for my TOEFL® Test

Hi I'm Uni from Indonesia, Samarinda City East Kalimantan..., I'm studying Diploma 3 of English in ABA Colorado College in Samarinda. Actually, This year I should finish my study. I've passed my final examination and had finished my OJT ( on the job training ) as the requirement of my study. but when I passed the TOEFL test in my college I'd felt. I need some helps to get it again next year. My weakness is in Listening and reading tests...
I've tried Listening test of TOEFL in this FORUM, it's really difficult and but I not often because I also working in the noon...,to understand the speaker's voices because they talked to quick. Please TOEFL test next year..
I also want to improve my speaking, It's hard because in my country still uncommon using English in daily activities so I just can use it in my college and chat with my friends in YM or FB..., I really want have friends who speak English everyday in order to force my self to speak in English...
with all respect thank for any respond and comment or helps....even suggestions. thank to user as well. Sorry for my bad writing.. because I'm still learning like my friends says " Process of Learning"

by the way, the overwhelming majority of your sentences is wrong from grammatical point of view. I suggest you write your essays here to be corrected. This way not only can you improve you English but you also will make new friends.
