A moment is a short time; revelry is the way you behave, or what you do, when you have joy: you do all sorts of things that are fun and joyful. A moment of revelry is therefore a short time in which you are very joyful.

Morning! I think those are three incarnations of the same guy. The first two have been deleted; I am not yet deleting no. 3 because I'm somewhat intrigued by his saying he is from North Korea.
