i have a question, today when i was studying a text i found to sentences that are i think are the same but i couldnt recognize the reasons. could you help me?
they are:
1- that is bether for you, did you but know
2- this will be bether for you, if ye knew it

Yes, the carry the same intent. The verb forms are different, of course.
