Today he had his hair cut,
My little Yorkshire mutt.
The lady there was very nice,
But "he" didn't want it cut.
The moment the buzzing started,
His eyes went wide with fear.
He bared his sparkling gnashers,
He wouldn't let her near.
So I took him for a little walk,
To try to calm his nerves,
But that didn't make him better,
In fact it made him worse.
So she gave to him a little pill,
And told us to come back.
An hour later he was "out",
He lay there calm and slack.
It didn't take too long to do,
He didn't raise a bark,
But now he looks so different,
That I walk him when it's dark.

Kitos.
