How to take a diet?

I´d like to do a diet but I don´t kown any one. I think I´m going to visit a doctor because I gained some kilos. This days I took up
aerobic classes, and in two months I ´ll lost some kilos. If I follow a diet, I will be in shape. A lot of people is worried its weight
but they don´t take any resolution from health. Do they?.
