Iīd like to do a diet but I donīt kown any one. I think Iīm going to visit a doctor because I gained some kilos. This days I took up
aerobic classes, and in two months I īll lost some kilos. If I follow a diet, I will be in shape. A lot of people is worried its weight
but they donīt take any resolution from health. Do they?.
Thanks.

LOL Why are you going to doctor for "some kilos"?Except if you gained 40 pounds :) Just take action - reading some materials in internet for example in bodybuilding.com , t-nation.com there are sections for women even..Learn how to eat properly - the right amount and the right foods, go to the nearest gym.Avoid dringking alcohol - this is essential at first. If you have another questions ask ..
