Hello Nitin from India,
I'd say you should aim for a minumum score of 80 in order to get into a university in the US, but you should also keep in mind that each university sets its own minimum scores. In addition, the minimum TOEFL scores within any given university may vary from department to department. Quite a few universities here require minimum TOEFL scores of 100, and some also set minimum scores for each of the four sections of the test.
Your Kaplan practice test suggests that, first and foremost, you should focus on improving your speaking skills. Practice, practice, practice! A TOEFL speaking score of 11 is quite low, and such a score would likely create problems for you in gaining admission to most universities in the US -- even if your overall score were 80.
