Hello, everybody
i am writing an essay that i want to look for a adj. to describe the following situation.
it is that students use mobile phones instead of papers and students will not learn ** language skills.
please help me to find a adj to replace the "**", to describe the skills which includ listening, writing, reading and speaking.
