Honestly, I don't think there's any secret to scoring high on the TOEFL exam. A lot has to do with hard work and determination. I have not taken the TOEFL. As a matter of fact, I didn't have to take it because it wasn't required even though English is my first language. I recommend you practice by taking the practice tests available for free on this site. Also practice your English conversational skills with any native speaker you come in contact with. I know you're doing all of this therefore you'll eventually achieve your goal. Good luck on your studies and don't give up. There's more forums on this site where you can post any question or talk about anything you wish. Have a great day and take care of yourself.
