Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? A problem shared is a problem solved. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer

The issue at hand is whether the saying, "A problem shared is a problem solved" is really true or not. In my opinion, I agree with above saying. This is because when a person shares his/her problem with others, the amount of pain will allievate. In the following paragraphs the reasons for holding above view are explained.

The first reason I believe in sharing the problems with others is the burden of heart. One always feel burdened when the problems are kept inside the heart. It is always better to share the problems with others so that there will be some one to hear. This has some thing to do with the human psychology. Humans always want some one to hear their problems and console them. So if a problem is at hand, then it is always advisable to share the things with the near and dear. For example if a person has financial problems and if he does not discuss it with his friends, then the amount of pain felt increases day by day. On the other hand, if he shares the problem with others then he will at peace.

The second reason I believe in the above saying is the possibility of solution and help. If a problem is kept to one selves and it is not shared, then there are less chances of finding solution. If the problem is shared with other persons, then they might give their valuable suggestions and probably might help. There is more probability of problem getting solved if it is shared with others. Further the help offered is useful at times of need. For example in a business if a person is facing losses, then he should share problem with others and should ask for help if needed. If a person to whom he shares the problem has already gone through it, then he can give suggestions to get out of tangle.

Finally I think that problems will come for every one, but we should not be taken back or let down with the problems. Instead we should fight back and take our stand, share and discuss possible solutions. Sharing the problems is the first step towards victory. So one should always share the problems with others.
