Whether businesses should hire employees for their entire lives? Responses vary among people with different background(s), education and (disposition). When it comes to me I don't agree with this statement.
(Admittedly), (there's) no doubt that business should take (responsibility) for their employees who devote their life to its development and prosperity, (e)specially the one to whom unexpected accidents happened and may (reduce) his working capacity afterwards.
How can the (business) get rid of (this) employee and (leave) him alone(?) But that's (a) special case. We can't (conclude) to the general saying that businesses should should hire employees for their entire lives, (a)s there are some negative aspects (outweighing) the benefits.
Firstly, employment is an interactive (selective) relationship. It's not fair when employees have the privilege to change their employer while companies (haven't.) Companies (offer) career development, compensation and benefits to their employees. Employees (make every effort) to (help) the business (to) develop.
Employees development is based on the (business) development. Business(es) need to search (for the most suitable)candidates to add to its asset(s). If (a) business (has to) hire unsuitable employees for their entire lives, it will sooner or later influence the the entire business, (and) in turn (this) has bad (consequences for the entire workforce).
Secondly,if business (has to) hire unsuitable employees for their entire lives, some lazy employee will take it for granted to stay at the company. They know they will not lose (their jobs) ,hence (they) may not work hard to (make any) progress. It's not fair to others who spare no effort (and are) devoted to the company.
It will even influence the whole (morale) of the team. Furthermore, it will create corruption. Parents will try their best to get their children (to enrol) in the company.
Once (you are past) the first gate of the company,(there is)no need (to) worry about (your future) financial support.
All in all, based on those points, businesses should (not) hire employees for their entire lives . Generally speaking, it's not (a) business obligation to hire employees for their entire lives.
Not bad Ff. (20)
