Please give me your comments. thanks

Whether businesses should hire employees for their entire lives? Responses vary among people with different background, education and dispostion. When it comes to me I don't agree with this statement.

Admitedly, it's no doubt that business should take responsible for their employees who devoted their life to its development and prosperity. Especially the one to whom unexpected accidents happened and may inflence his working capacity afterwards. How can the busines get rid of the employee and let him alone. But that's the special case, we can't conclue to the general saying that businesses should should hire employees for their entire lives. As there are some negative aspects outweigh the benefits.

Firstly, employment is an interactive seletion relationship. It's not fair when employees have the privilege to change their employer while companies havn't. Companies offord the career development, compensation and benefits to their employees. Employees do their effort make the business develop.Employess's development are based on the businees' development. Business need to searche the best suiable candidates to add to its asset. If business should hire the unsuitable employees for their entire lives, it will sooner or later influence the the entire business, in turn has bad sequence on the whole employees.

Secondly,if business should hire the unsuitable employees for their entire lives, some lazy employee will take it for granted to stay at the company. They know they will not lose job ,hence may not work hard to keep progress. It's not fair to others who spare no effort to devoted to the company. It will even influence the whole mortal of the team. Furthermore,it will create corruption.Parents will try their best to get their children enroll in the company.Once your pass the first gate of the company,no need worry about the living financial support.

All in all ,based on those points.Even businesses should hire employees for their entire lives in some cases.Generally speaking, it's not business obligation to hire employees for their entire lives.

Whether businesses should hire employees for their entire lives? Responses vary among people with different background(s), education and (disposition).
When it comes to me I don't agree with this statement.

(Admittedly), (there's) no doubt that business should take (responsibility) for their employees who devote their life to its development and prosperity, (e)specially the one to whom unexpected accidents happened and may (reduce) his working capacity afterwards.

How can the (business) get rid of (this) employee and (leave) him alone(?)
But that's (a) special case. We can't (conclude) to the general saying that businesses should should hire employees for their entire lives, (a)s there are some negative aspects (outweighing) the benefits.

Firstly, employment is an interactive (selective) relationship. It's not fair when employees have the privilege to change their employer while companies (haven't.) Companies (offer) career development, compensation and benefits to their employees. Employees (make every effort) to (help) the business (to) develop.

Employees development is based on the (business) development.
Business(es) need to search (for the most suitable)candidates to add to its asset(s).
If (a) business (has to) hire unsuitable employees for their entire lives, it will sooner or later influence the the entire business, (and) in turn (this) has bad (consequences for the entire workforce).

Secondly,if business (has to) hire unsuitable employees for their entire lives, some lazy employee will take it for granted to stay at the company.
They know they will not lose (their jobs) ,hence (they) may not work hard to (make any) progress.
It's not fair to others who spare no effort (and are) devoted to the company.

It will even influence the whole (morale) of the team. Furthermore, it will create corruption.
Parents will try their best to get their children (to enrol) in the company.

Once (you are past) the first gate of the company,(there is)no need (to) worry about (your future) financial support.

All in all, based on those points, businesses should (not) hire employees for their entire lives . Generally speaking, it's not (a) business obligation to hire employees for their entire lives.

Not bad Ff. (20)
