Yes, I can understand you with little, if no effort at all. Being an accented speaker doesn't have to mean that you are inaudible, you know? Many native speakers even find that accented English speech (accurate and fluent ones, of course) as pleasant.

If I were your teacher, I would give you 85 out of 100. Congratulations!
100 means that your speech is so native-like that people may not be able to guess where you come from just by listening to your speech.

As for the feedback, I think that your English is accented, but not necessarily unrecognizable. Your flow is almost perfect and I think that native speakers will understand you just fine. To further improve your pronounciation, I suggest singing along the original song and try to hear yourself pronouncing the words exactly like the singer. Good luck!
