It is an error of some kind, Sonia– there is no such English phrase. It should read 'as long as' or 'so long as'. _________________ Native English teacher at Mister Micawber's |

I've never heard of that before either. People would normally say "as long as" or "so long as."
Ex:
I would go with you to the store "as long as" your brother stays home to watch the dogs.
Hope this helps.

I still need you to give me a link to where the sentence is on this site, Sonia. If I can't find it, I can't fix it. Thanks. _________________ Native English teacher at Mister Micawber's |

Thanks, Violino. It seems to have been fixed now.
“so long so wrong” is a not construction like “the sooner the better”, V. _________________ Native English teacher at Mister Micawber's |

Hello sir,
By the time you asked me where it was.I checked and found, the corrections had already been made. That's why I thanked you instead of telling you where the error was. Sorry for late reply.
Thank you Mister Micawber. |
