Is there some way that I can avoid appearing for the GRE® test?

I dont like GRE prep material. Is there some way that I can avoid appearing for the GRE test?

Hello,
GRE is a standardized test. If you are keen about studying in a US University, then the GRE exam is important for you. There are colleges in USA which don’t need a GRE score, but their ranking is an issue. Also, an MS or PhD from such colleges does not make much sense if you are serious abt your career.
An alternative is to study in Europe, where you won’t need a GRE score. You might be asked for a TOEFL score though.

GRE prep is not that difficult. There are a number of books, personal GRE coaches; online GRE tests and free GRE practice material that will help you. I would suggest that you focus on getting a good GRE score, since its very important.
