How about

- ability to work independently
- can work on my own initiative
- experience in business administration
- experience in operating a business

What you should do is use English keywords and phrases to describe what you want to say as the vast majority of our users don't understand German. Also, search Google for these keywords and phrases:

- free resume sample
- free resume samples
- how to write a resume
- how to write a professional profile
- professional profile
- professional summary
- professional summary sample

etc.
Thanks

It means "independent business plan and its implementation"
Instead of 'implementation' some sources use 'execution'.
