I think there are two possible reasons.
First, you may need to install a Java script.
Second, your browser may not allow the Java script to run.
Suggestion:
Install the Java script manually.
If it still doesn't work, you should try to change a browser.

Thank you very much for solving my problem. I think I used to have Java installed, but it turned out that I haven't it, so I have installed and everything is OK. I can hear other people messages. Thanks a lot again.
