child: a young person older than a baby but not yet fully grown.

baby: a very young child.

kid: I think it has the same meaning of child.

Also, a kid is a baby goat. Referring to a human child, a kid is kind of informal.
A baby (an infant) is a child from birth to about 12 -18 months of age.
A toddler is a 2-3- year old child.
