I choose A but the answer is D. Can any one explain it to me?

I choose D but the answer is B. Which is correct?

3, The little boy was continually _______the ornaments
A tripping up B falling down C breaking up D knocking over
The answer is D. What does 'knock over' mean?

2-- B is correct. 'Doubt for' is not an English collocation.
3-- 'Knock over' = upset, cause to overturn from an upright or normal position.

I think your choice (feels) is correct
according to Collins COBUILD Advanced learners' Dic:
FEEL
