If you could change one important thing about your hometown, what would you change? Use reasons and specific examples to support your answer.

If I could change one important thing about my hometown, definitely it would be the contamination. The contamination bring some problem to the community health, it makes our landscapes looks ugly and transform our hometown in a non-desirable place to do business.

Contamination creates a non-healthy environment for us. Nowadays in my hometown we have a huge problem of contaminations produced by cars and factories. Normally that produce breathes problems in the community. For example the last year babies between 1 to 3 years old, presented some breathe problems and the doctors said it was cause of contamination on the city.

My hometown has some beautiful places with a great landscapes but it does not exist too many, cause of garbage contamination. It would be great have more places with awesome landscapes where our kids can play and enjoy.

A contaminated city with smoke and garbage, it is not a great place to put a representational-office of a multinational company. Probably they prefer a clean city and healthy city for its workers and agents.

In resume, my city has a lot of great features but i think, it would be one of the greatest cities on region if we can change this contamination problem. I hope our politicians some day; they can find a real good solution to this problem.

Find a real good co-worker is a very difficult endeavor but you can find them. Some of the most important characteristics of a good co-worker must be collaborative, proactive and helpful. Let me explain more deeply these characteristics.

Good co-workers are a collaborative people. There are people pending of you and your work, always ready to share information and collaborate with the different departments in a company. These kinds of workers are so important in a company and they create a great work-ambiance among all.

Great co-workers must be a proactive. Proactive co-workers make the difference between a lazy company and dynamic and productive company. It is a real pleasure work with proactive people, who know what they have to do and you do not need to ask for every part of the jobs because they already made.

A nice co-worker is a helpful person. He or she is always alert and ready to help you in everything. For example: if you have some trouble sending an important e-mail and this person in very skillful with computer, he or she will help to you surely.

Count with a collaborative, proactive and helpful co-worker is a great pleasure. He or she really makes the difference between have a great work ambiance or not. Actually, a good co-worker is very important, not only for you, if not for the whole company too.
