What exactly do you want to say? The sentence I'm changed is grammatically correct but doesn't make much sense without any further context.

ONe person having been in jail for some time sayus I am changed to refer to his changed ways.

That (I've changed ) wan in my mind too, but this ( I'm changed) felt a little odd to listen.
So i thought of verifying it's correctness. You said about the sentence being grammatically correct .
