(a) can
(b) should
(c) must to

hi, i liked your website,but having difficulty in using it as it is not very easy n in sequence,ive to search the links every time.,or it might be bcoz m not used to it :)

anyway, here why are we using "because" and "otherwise" together?
as far as i know both the words have same meaning?

No; 'because' = 'the reason is that', and 'otherwise' = 'in the opposite case'.
