Shall and will in one sentence? #1 (permalink) Tue Nov 10, 2009 12:04 pm   Shall and will in one sentence?

Hello,
is it possible to use "shall" and "will" together in a sentence like this?

• The “Trademarks” shall mean the marks reserved on the Territory, which will be used in relation with the Product specified in Appendix to this Agreement.

I mean to use "shall" used to define the word and "will" for the future - is this correct?
