Hi Ms. Watie, I am Mr. Marnie Lascano from the Philippines. I joined the group also with the intention of improving my english. Per Toksten, its good to join the forum since this is a practice of using english as a medium of communication. If I remember, if this is not the first this is my second time of joining the forum. I took the exam on conditionals and I saw you that you had a perfect score.
You know Ms. Watie, I met some Indonesian in a seminar here in the Philippines sponsored by SEACEN in 2007. Most of them are from Bank of Indonesia. Two (2) of them are Yayan Suryawan, Directorate of Bank Supervision 3 and Triana Gunawan, Directorate of Bank Supervision 2 who were my groupmates in two of our group cases. Anyway, for your information I am connected at Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation as Bank examiner.
Can you tell something about yourself? Anyway, maybe this was Torsten told that thru constant communication either written or verbal, we will improve our english.
Thank you and God Bless! |

Mr. Marnie Lascano. I really apreciate you to take a time answering my introduction. Can you explain to me what is "Per Toksten?" (hahaha). Sometimes i try the test repeatedly until i really understand about the exams. As you can see i often ask in the forum to answer my concious about grammar.
Workers from Bank Indonesia is really appreciated among Indonesian Community and graduate student try to apply a job at Bank Indonesia (i am too) and who doesn't it i guess (hahaha). I now i am student and majoring in finance. Hope that you can share about financial policy on your country. I don't know what will i write, maybe you can ask me more detail.

Also I would like to thank you for immediately answering my reply to your introduction. I incurred an error and sorry for Mr. Torsten (hehehe).
Ms. Watie I think your such a good student. As I see it, you have a good english command despite that you're still a student. Who knows? You will become one of the employees or maybe one of the highest ranking officers of Bank of Indonesia in the future. What is the secret? Be positive and believe to the Most High that you will meet your wishes. By the way, what year are you now? What is your school year at Indonesia?
I will be discussing to you my few knowledge about our country's financial policy on my next email as I will be getting out here from the office since its already 5:30PM (our office time is from 8:00am to 5:00pm). Till here..Regards. |

Goodluck! Just believe that whatever test you have or will be having in the future, you will overcome it. Just give your best effort, patience and believe to God's intercession..God wants an abundance in life to all of us and what we have to do is just to believe and have faith in Him..As of this time, I don't know what I can discuss to you about our financial policy except that it is regulated by our Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). I don't know the topics or what aspects would you want me to discuss. Maybe you can cite some. If you really need to have help in your project on Cash policy, I think the best site is to go to www.gtnews.com, you can read many things about finance on said site.
As of the moment, I will be attending a meeting here in the office. Just keep in touch. God Bless! |
