hello, I am one of the learners of English. I was just wandering if you could give me an answer to my question.
I would like to know what is the best way or i say what is the best methode of listening to the English Audio files? If there is the way please let me know. I am kind of desperate to know about that.

one more thing, what is the best way of dictating English? For example, when the audio English is played and Let's say I am dictating it, what is the best way of doing that?
