With the development of my neighbourhood,it calls for a hugh shopping center.Some people might argue a new shopping center will cause a lot of problems and issues such as traffic jams and noise pollution.However other people consider that a shopping mall will bring benefit to us.As far as I concern,we should build up a big shopping mall,because I believe that its benefits outweigh its disadvantages.

The most essential prospective benefit the supermarket might bring is the improvement of the qulity of our life .After the construction of the large shopping center is completed,we can easily get everything we need because shopping mall can provide a variety of products.When thousands of customers are attracted to purchase here,more businessmen will,in turn,be lured to open their own stores in our locality.As a result,we will enjoy an increase in the supply of products and better services.We,therefore,no longer need to travel a long distance to go shopping,which saves us a lot of time and moeny as well as energy.

Another essential change the shopping center may bring us is an increase in jobs available.The operating of the shopping center calls for a great deal of employees,which means great many residents can get rid of their lives.The homeless rummage through trash cans for food;the laid-off workers have an inadequate income and often cannot meet their rends;and even the well-educated have trouble finding proper job.That is why the shopping mall is what we need.Besides,the shopping mall will require people not only for labour,but for management as well.

Even from the angle of our community,the shopping center will create lots of benefits.Since the financial crisis,our locality is always occupied with problems and issues related to the tax and jobless.This shopping mall will increase the income of our communication and prevent the increase in the number of jobless,which in turn will maintain the quality of our lives.The public infrastructural construction can be safeguarded and the homeless can be sheltered.

Despite the fact this shopping center might bring several side effects on us,taking all factors into consideration,we can come to the conclusion.Only by creating more jobs can our local achieve a better life under the serious condition caused by the financial crisis.Building a shopping center will be one of the best approaches to helping residents accomplish it.While the government should try its best to avoid the side effect may caused.
