I will take my TOEFL® test on Wednesday

Hi, I am from Mexico, I study at ITESM, and I will take the test on wednesday, the score I need in order to be able to go to another country is 550, although some universities demand me a grade of 600.

My personal goal is to score 570, wish me luck:)

I took the test as I told you previously, and I accomplished my goal, I got 573 points, maybe it is not all the score, but at least I surpassed the goal for studying in most of foreign countries.

Thank you for your support and now I will continue posting and trying to do whatever is in my hands in order to keep improving my English.

By the way, do you know the length of my TOEFL certificate ? Some people say that lasts for 2 years , and certainly I am not sure.Can somebody help me with this?

yeah all types of toefl lasts only for 2 years so you should be careful and use it before it expires.

Hi Emily, thank you for the info, and I wish you luck to your exam, here I give you a few advices for the exam:

1.-Sleep well, sleeping is important in order to gain concentration
2.-Arrive a little bit early to the place you are gonna take your exam
3.-Try to read the answers before the narration of listening starts, that helps you a lot to choose your correct answers
4.-See your time and manage it, if you finish something early go back to the questions you did not answer/questions where you have doubts
5.-If you do not know the answer, at least try to put something, there is 25% of probabilites to score correctly
