Hi Alan,
A very cheerful good morning to you.

I have taken up the 30/30 challenge and commited to listen to the authentic material daily atleast for an hour. I have selected to listen to the CNN news on my pc. But the problem that I have been facing for the last four days is, that I have been listening to the news but I am not able to keep all the provided information in my mind. And I just end up with few lines only whatever I listen to. Please tell me what I should do, so that I atleast could be able to keep the full given information in my mind.

you can very well record the news if you have some way to do it...and you can rewind as many times as possible to listen to make yourself improve the language...
