Nowadays, it is quite difficult to find a good job because of the financial crisis, moreover, job today, tend to become flexible and flexible, in the sense that employers generally prefer to enroll worker for part time job or for determinate period of time, and the law, especially in USA end Europe, allow these practices in the name of flexibility.
Personally, I think, it’s better to experience some job by oneself. Maybe it is good to practice a job somewhere trying to get all necessary skills before starting an experience as independent worker.
To be honest, it's not so easy to support one thesis rather than the other, because it's depend very much by the kind of job we are talking about.
For instance, if you are an engineer, you can think to open a professional office, but if you are a literary man you must looking for a job under an employer, that, in this case, could be the state in their educational ramifications (schools, museums, etc....).
Moreover, to make something oneself ones must have money to be invested.
In conclusion, besides being an employed is some time preferable, because of the responsibility that, in most cases, are very few, nowadays, it not seems the best way to practice because of the bad economic period and the bad treatment in terms of instability of the life, these are the main reasons that makes me to think that, it is better to create a job investing money and making relationships with other people and face difficulties with devotion and a small amount of luck.
