I have to appraise our staff at the end of the year, I got one man who work verr well, so can i write:

" He is a surver supervisor and he can force and lead team very well. But better if He can improve supervisor skill and interperson skills"

or

"he done very good job as supervisor duty and he is can coat Technican and supervision job safety. Need more time to improve supervision skill and get more experience as Supervisor level"

please correct me.

"He has done an excellent job as both a Technician and as a Job Safety Supervisor,
however, in my opinion, he requires further training at Supervisory level.
