the man, when doing a job has not pay attention and need to close supervision on him, so can i write:

"requires close (or closer) supervision" ? or "need to close supervision"?

please correct me.

The sentence is totally wrong. It lacks basic grammer in lot of places.

Hi Binbin,

Let me correct:

THIS man, when doing a job has not PAID SUFFICIENT attention and needS close supervision

"requires close (or closer) supervision" ? or "needS close supervision"?

Either 'close' or 'closer'.

If the supervision was not sufficient the first time, then you need to apply closer supervision next time.
