I have very simple question to ask that whenever we make sentence like this then what should we put?
John and I are watching tv.
John and I am watching tv.
I and John is watching tv.
Which one is correct?

John and I - there are two people, and it makes it plural.
So, the correct answer would be as following:
John and I are watching TV.

No it is wrong.
"me" & 'him" are objective pronouns.
This sentence would be:
I and he were watching tv.

Me & him can be used but then these would be in passive as:
Tv was watched by him and me.(Passive)
