P.S. stands for "postscript". It is usually written after the signature of a letter. It has nothing to to with love although I believe you may have seen it in a movie entitled "P.S. I love you." An example:

Dear Abby,

I have finally arrived in Iceland after a long flight. The people here are wonderful and the food is just delicious.

Love, Tim

P.S. It's freezing here though.
