Hello, is there anybody here who has had any experiences with Toastmasters? Either as a course participant or a trainer? Are the programmes any good?

I was trying to join one of the Toastermaster Club here but it turned out that I couldn't afford the club due and the extra fees. Here the Toastermaster is really for business people.
