How many words per minute in the TOEIC® listening section?

Hi, has anyone of you an exact words per minute rate for the listening comprehension section of the TOEIC test? Does this rate vary from part to part and even from speaker to speaker?

There is no standard words per minute rate. Each speaker speaks differently and conversations and discussions can vary. Your reason for asking would be interesting.
