I don't have a car or
I haven't a car.

Please use a spell checker. see this.
Don't= the short form of (do not)= negative form of do
Haven't=the short form of (have not)= negative form of have
I haven't a car=negative of (I have a car.)

I don't have a car is most the most common way of saying it ("to have" usually gets "to do" in negative sentences if it is not used as an auxiliary verb); I haven't a car is a bit old fashioned or British, but also correct. If you are not sure, "I don't have a car" is the safest choice that most people use.
