In the world of today, more people are living longer. This phenomenon is because of we have a better health care system, we eat healthier food and people are more conscious about their health.

Nowadays, medicine works with a lot of technology. Which help us to improve the quality of health care systems. Also, doctors know more about diseases and its cures. This improvement of quality in health care helps to make people healthier.

The food is a very important part of the health cycle. When people consume healthy food, they are increasing their chances to have long healthy lives. Thanks to the advances in technology we can produce this healthy food which is so beneficial for everybody’s health.

People today are more conscious about their health. They make more exercise; they feed better and try to make healthy activities like yoga or pilates. These kinds of things help to increase the life time of them. This is one of the most important phenomenons which increase the people lives. They feel more alive than ever!

As a conclusion, people are living longer. Because of the improvement of health care, they are feeding better and they are more conscious about their health and they are working in that. Now we have to make sure that more people in the world has these benefits
