03. Some people believe that success in life comes from taking risks or chances. Others believe that success results from careful planning. In your opinion, what does success come from?

“What does success come from?” is a question that every one wants to know exactly the answer. The first group of people thinks that taking risks or chances is what a person needs to become successful in his life while the second one whom I agree with believes that careful planning is the most important cause of our success in life.

Careful planning may be simply considered as preparation that can be understood that one identifies his aim, lists his steps, and does a research if necessary. Analyzing it in that way, we can know why it becomes the most important cause of success. An English saying goes: “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunities”. With such a careful plan, I am sure that we will have enough abilities to realize a lot of opportunities and seize them.

Having prepared, one will be able to have a general look at the opportunity. He can evaluate the chance so as to know whether or not it is good for him. As a result, he can minimize the outcome, maximize the income and avoid the failure as well. Therefore, his way to success will be very sturdy;while without careful planning, taking risks and chances thoughtlessly will make us easily be confused when too many new things need figuring out.

Of course, in business, sometimes we can not predict what will happen and that there is some thing out of plan is inevitable. But with well planning that mentions all the possible situations, we can quickly back on our feet, or even turn mistakes into advantages as well.

However, the issue is still debated, maybe other people have their own reasons to chose taking risks or chances but in my opinion, with such clear and stable reasons above, I ensure that careful planning results in success.
