We human all,in common, have the same amount of time in a day 24 hours, and most of us spend one-third time of a day in work place, same to the time for our family and sleeping. This says a matter of fact that work plays an important role in our live; as a result, the co-worker is also so vital for our live, though want or not. To me, some important characteristics I always expect of my colleague are the respect to others, the friendliness and cooperative nature.

First of all, respect to others is a characteristics I always looking for in every relation. A person knows, in my opinion, how to respect the others is a man rarely interfering others' business, and never talking rudely. Supposed that we have to work with a person who does not respect us and always consider of every our movement and take a good look at our business, so how can we tolerate such behaviour. Therefore, the respect plays an important role in building up a well-relation.

Second, working with someone friendly also gives me a pleasure feeling. A friendly person makes the others feel easy to get contact with, and then comfortable when working with. Furthermore, the friendliness sometimes helps people share working experience easily, this results in a good work effect.

Finally, cooperative nature makes people easier to work jointly. A person with a cooperative nature usually works for team and has a high level of responsibility. He also frequently help another when coping difficulty, it leads to a good effect. Thus, a cooperative coworker is really helpful to work with.

In conclusion, there are still other necessary qualities, but the respect to others, the friendliness and cooperative nature is so important. It is not only good for us but also for the organisation we are working with.
