Hi,
I am supposed to do this = This is what I should do.
The train is supposed to arrive at 10 am = That is the time the train should arrive according to the timetable.

I'm supposed to do= They say I should do. Could have done is a past deduction while could do here is a possibility of doing sth. For example, he could do this implies that he may succeed in doing this but he could have done this implies that he could do this as usual but in fact he failed to do this. _________________ Nothing's impossible! Relatively, it's one more deduction structure. I think you know what should+infinitive means. Should have+p2 means you should do something in the past but as a result of something, it didn't occur or you can't do it successful. For example, you should've known about it. The sentence implies that you didn't know it though you needed to because something prevented you from doing that. _________________ Nothing's impossible! Never say never!
