I know all the rules and I have read the relevant pages:
Just to make sure:
Which one is correct?

1-I can, not only hear them but also see them as I have a web camera on my laptop.
2-Not only I can hear them but also I can see them as I have a web camera on my laptop.
3-Not only can I hear them but also I can see them as I have a web camera on my laptop.

"I can both see and hear them on my web-cam laptop."

I want to know how I can use (not only... but also...) In that sentence.
