Please introduce my name is Berry and I'm new beginner in this forum. I'm writing a letter of requesting extension leave to my boss. In fact, I have to use up the rest of my leave (8 days) until 31st December 2009. As I want to use its at the middle of next year (2010), that's why I'm writing requesting letter to my boss. Hi Berry,

I am unclear with your intention: to reschedule your 8 days leave of absence, or to extend it beyond 8 days?

In the case of rescheduling, you might find that your company forces you to take those days before 2010, or you will lose them. If that is the case, this letter would be an urgent inquiry!
