is it correct? I will have turned to 25 by the end of december

I would be interested in how to say correctly the following sentence below:

I will turn to 25 by the end of december

or

I will have turned to 25 by the end of december

"to" is it the correct preposition in this case?

Hi,

The only possible use I can think of for 'turn' if you are referring to age, would be: I will have turned 25 by the end of December.
