Hi everybody,
1. If you feel an employee's complaint is with out merit,
tell him gently where and how he is wrong.
Could any body help me to restructure the sentence more elegantly?
Thanks,

Hi,

I would say: If you find that a complaint made by an employee has no substance, you should tell him tactfully in what sense/way he is wrong.
