Hi Ali,I'm Hazwana. My problem is it's hard for me to speak english.Sometimes I feel shy. I know the word but maybe I'm not confident enough.I've tried to improve myself but it is not as easy as what people think. As an English language teacher, maybe you can help me"
The best way to develop your English is to read a text or a passage many times, listen ,and then underline the difficult words.Repeat after the speaker. After that try to recall this text.Do your best to memorize this text.Recall it on your own. It's gonna help you a great deal to reach your goal."Being perfect in English'.
After few days, you'll see the difference.Pray for me. |

Hello Everyone!
I think your English is quite good and will likely only improve with time. The best recommendation I can make for people at your high level is to read.
Read as much as you can in English. Read novels -- and not just the classics, but popular fiction. Also, read magazines and newspapers online.
Reading things like this allows your brain to recognize the unique patterns and rhythms of English which can't be taught after a certain level. This is the way that native speakers improve their speaking and writing skills as children.
Don't try to read massive tomes of literature. Find something you can read easily and enjoy.
Consider books by John Grisham or Dan Brown. The language is very ordinary, everyday speech.
Also, check out these websites. They are updated daily with new articles:
http://www.npr.org/ http://www.slate.com/ http://www.thelocal.de/
Also, using live chat features like facebook or yahoo will help you greatly because you have to respond quickly and the messages are short.
Good luck! _________________ There's no such thing as an exception to the rule...
