could you please check the following for mistakes for me

(The ship is still being held by the authority and did not sail
from the port yet.

there still be some legal cases against the ship owner and
the lawers names that are taking on the case are :

AND I MENTIONED THIER NAMES

How about this:

The ship is still being held by the authorities and hasn’t left the port yet.
There are still a number of legal cases against the ship's owners, whose lawyers are....
