1. Before a job interview, you should do certain tasks. After contacting the company, take some time to prepare for the interview. First of all, do some research about the company. As soon as possible, you could go on the Internet and find out about the company's performance. Certainly, you can impress the hiring committee if you appear knowledgeable about the business.

2. Undoubtedly, talking to new people adds to the stress of a job interview. Nonetheless, you can do well if you act confident. In fact, try to make direct eye contact with the interviewer. After a difficult question, take the time you need to think about it. Of course, it is important to answer questions honestly. However, try to find a positive spin. For example, the interviewer may ask why you left a previous job. At that moment, do not criticize your former boss or complain about your former job. Instead, simply say that you needed new challenges. Clearly, it is important to be positive.

Aikuzo, I am not sure what the purpose of this exercise is: putting a comma at every possible position in the sentence? If so, you have succeeded. But while it is always possible to separate adverbs and other adverbial constituents from the rest of the sentence by a comma if they are at the beginning of the sentence, it is usually not compulsory: in each case you should decide whether to add a comma or not based on whether you want a short pause to be heard there. In many cases, either choice is OK. The pause usually lays more emphasis on the adverbial constituent; and the longer the constituent, the more chance there is that a pause is better; but commas can certainly go with short adverbs, too.

Note that there other types of commas, such as those in enumerations, that are compulsory and must follow a rule.
