Hello Daemon, my good friend. Well, I didn't read the story as a tragedy, just a simple macabre tale.
I did intend to give it a different ending completely, but somehow or other it morphed into the macabre.
Recently I have started four different stories and each ending was not what I had planned in the beginning. Maybe I am being "taken over" by one of your Sci-Fi entities. :-))
