Can you say "shouting" instead of the "chanting"?
Are there any differences between "shout" and "chant"? I hope your help. Thank you.

Hi Hiroko,

If you use shouting, yu change the meaning of the sentence. The people are saying the same thing over and over again and that is the idea of chanting.
