I am so glad to see your replay, now I will introduce myself ,I come from China, I am in ChangShang now,but my hometown is KaiFeng, a small city in north China. I join to here to learn English and to learn forign culture ,I want to know more about western culture. I am looking forward to your reply.

My hometown is Apaptit. It is located on the north of Russia. There is much snow there at that time.
They say that my country is the link between East and West that`s why its culture is diverse. I`ll try to find interesting information to tell you about our culture.
Culture background: Russian culture has a long history and tradition and Russians are very proud of it. Russians consider themselves as a well educated nation. They read a lot.
Shally, do you like reading? What books do you prefer to read? I like to read books on history, psychology and science, chiefly about the Universe.
Russians are also big fond of live performances at theatres, they enjoy attending theatres: opera, musical, ballet, drama etc. I am planning to go to Moscow in January to a fairytale show on ice.
And what about you? Do you like theatres, musical, discos or anything else?
By the way I think that your country has fascinating culture and history. I`ve heard that Chinese carnavals are excellent shows! And I intend to read Chinese legends on this holidays.

I come from Hrvatska (croatia), my hometown is Rijeka, it is located on the sea. (My english is the very, very, very poor). :) There is no snow never. Rijeka is big sea port, on the north Croatia.
